How to make spicy chicken wings
First of, start with things you need for chicken wings. This recipe is quick to make. All you need to have properly thawed or fresh chicken wings. Remove the wing tip. Make sure, the wings are in two parts, the wingette and the drumette. Well, you can buffalo wings (whole wings) for this recipe. Its totally upto the consumer’s preference.
Things you need for spicy chicken wings recipe:
- 20 Chicken wings with skin
- 4 tbsp Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 4 tbsp Corn starch
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- Franks Red hot wings sauce
Marinate chicken wings with vinegar, salt, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Mix everything well and let it sit for at least half an hour. You can marinate overnight as well.
Mix corn starch and all purpose flour in a bowl. Now add the all purpose mix on marinated chicken wings.
Coat wings with flour mixture.
Bake wings in an air fryer for 25 to 30 minutes. Increase time for well done chicken wings.
You can also fry wings in a deep fryer.
How to Prepare buffalo sauce
Melt butter in a pan on a low flame. Add franks wings sauce. Mix butter and wings sauce well. Put crispy chicken wings in the sauce and gently coat well. Avoid shaking as it may affect the wings coating.
How to make sweet and spicy wing sauce
Add 2 tbsp of honey in butter and wing sauce for a sweet and tangy flavor. This will lessen the heat and gives a really amazing flavor to chicken wings.
